Our Food

One probably thinks of spices simply as flavouring for food.
Yet, the word “spice” comes from the Latin species, which means an item of special value. To us at Naan & Kabob, our food is of special value. We carefully source our fresh ingredients and produce from local markets. Passionately craft recipes to trigger nostalgic images of our childhood. Marinate our fresh, antibiotic free, halal meat with exotic spices of the East to instil the authentic flavours of home. We’d like to think of our menu as an artist’s canvas, painting a flavourful masterpiece by skillfully mixing aroma and freshness to bring priceless moments of joy with every bite.

Downtown Toronto

review rating 5  A wonderful place to grab a meal during a busy workday or while strolling through the area as I did. Many different variations on the classic kebab are available, along with mango smoothies and other beverages. Sitting down with a pager while waiting for my order was surprisingly enjoyable as the chairs are comfortable & the décor pleasant. If you've got the time try making your way to the upper floor as there's a tea room setup with what appears to be traditional Afghan furniture, plus less noise than downstairs. Overall 10/10 terrifically recommended

review rating 4  Visited with friends a month ago. Good food and ambiance. Friendly staff and not too long of a waiting time. So worth a visit if you haven't been here yet. There is a beautifully decorated tea house upstairs as well.

review rating 5  Amazing food ,welcoming place ,well managed, The amout of food is so generous like the generosity of the Afghan people. We loved our food. The backgound music is well chosen for total relaxation. The management is good and friendly. If you are in Toronto, come to eat at NaaN and Kabob.

review rating 5  Today was our first visit. They had really tasty meals (and quite healthy in comparison to your typical downtown establishment), reasonable prices, fast and polite service, clean and aesthetic environment. Can't ask for more. My wife and I shared one of the Chef's Choices from the menu and we were really satisfied. Paid $24 for a meal that left us full and pleased. Definitely give it a try! ?
